Partner.al requires a Sales Director in Tirana for a customer who has been operating for 13 years in the field of distribution of coffee and other consumer products.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely wiith the Sales Team on account strategy and execution, develops and delivery
of annual sales goals; - Oversee all aspects of account management, including brand strategy, pricing models and
inventory management; - Recommends sales strategies for improvements based on market research and competitor
analysis; - Partnership with Brand Management;
- Develop pricing and seasonal strategies;
- Responsible for organizing all market appointments, client trips and presentation preparation;
- Manage monthly sales performance by account to ensure goals achievement;
- Partner with merchandising and design to identify new product opportunities;
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to position brand properly from an in-store perspective;
- Supervise staff and provide direction management to drive sales;
- Will be required to study the market to check the prices in different areas of Albania;
- Prepares the budget for marketing and sales;
- Evaluates the performance of the staff.
Qualifications Required for Position:
- Bachelor’s and MSC degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field;
- 3+ years of experience in sale or retail industry;
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills;
- Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others;
- Organizational skills;
- Technical skills in strategic planning and sales planning;
- Commitment to company values.
