Partner.al requires a Sales Director in Tirana for a customer who has been operating for 13 years in the field of distribution of coffee and other consumer products.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely wiith the Sales Team on account strategy and execution, develops and delivery
    of annual sales goals;
  • Oversee all aspects of account management, including brand strategy, pricing models and
    inventory management;
  • Recommends sales strategies for improvements based on market research and competitor
    analysis;
  • Partnership with Brand Management;
  • Develop pricing and seasonal strategies;
  • Responsible for organizing all market appointments, client trips and presentation preparation;
  • Manage monthly sales performance by account to ensure goals achievement;
  • Partner with merchandising and design to identify new product opportunities;
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to position brand properly from an in-store perspective;
  • Supervise staff and provide direction management to drive sales;
  • Will be required to study the market to check the prices in different areas of Albania;
  • Prepares the budget for marketing and sales;
  • Evaluates the performance of the staff.

Qualifications Required for Position:

  • Bachelor’s and MSC degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field;
  • 3+ years of experience in sale or retail industry;
  • Exceptional communication and negotiating skills;
  • Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others;
  • Organizational skills;
  • Technical skills in strategic planning and sales planning;
  • Commitment to company values.
