SALES DIRECTOR

Partner.al is currently recruiting a Sales Director in Tirana for a successful company operating in
the field of Sales in Albania.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely wiith the Sales Team on account strategy and execution, develops and delivery
    of annual sales goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of account management, including brand strategy, pricing models and
    inventory management.
  • Recommends sales strategies for improvements based on market research and competitor
    analysis.
  • Partnership with Brand Management.
  • Develop pricing and seasonal strategies.
  • Responsible for organizing all market appointments, client trips and presentation preparation.
  • Manage monthly sales performance by account to ensure goals achievement.
  • Partner with merchandising and design to identify new product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to position brand properly from an in-store perspective.
  • Supervise staff and provide direction management to drive sales.
  • Will be required to study the market to check the prices in different areas of Albania.
  • Prepares the budget for marketing and sales.
  • Evaluates the performance of the staff.

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:

  • Bachelor’s and MSC degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sale or retail industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiating skills.
  • Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Technical skills in strategic planning and sales planning.
  • Commitment to company values.
