Partner.al is currently recruiting a Sales Director in Tirana for a successful company operating in
the field of Sales in Albania.
- Work closely wiith the Sales Team on account strategy and execution, develops and delivery
of annual sales goals.
- Oversee all aspects of account management, including brand strategy, pricing models and
- Recommends sales strategies for improvements based on market research and competitor
- Partnership with Brand Management.
- Develop pricing and seasonal strategies.
- Responsible for organizing all market appointments, client trips and presentation preparation.
- Manage monthly sales performance by account to ensure goals achievement.
- Partner with merchandising and design to identify new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to position brand properly from an in-store perspective.
- Supervise staff and provide direction management to drive sales.
- Will be required to study the market to check the prices in different areas of Albania.
- Prepares the budget for marketing and sales.
- Evaluates the performance of the staff.
- Bachelor’s and MSC degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sale or retail industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills.
- Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
- Organizational skills.
- Technical skills in strategic planning and sales planning.
