We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to enhance our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate with both development and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices, optimise website architecture, and support content-driven SEO strategies. Responsibilities include monitoring SEO performance metrics, executing data-driven tests for ROI maximisation, and developing link-building strategies. Candidates should have C1 level English proficiency, 2-3 years of experience in SEO and SEM, a solid understanding of performance marketing, and proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
  • Work with the marketing team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyse data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Create and execute link building strategy.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools such as Google Analytics and SEM Rush to understand SEO strategy performance.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery and optimisation for new SEO keywords to use throughout the company website and marketing materials.
  • May be required to perform other tasks and duties reasonably related to job responsibilities.

Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • C1 English level proficiency and fluency.
  • Two to three years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail a must.
  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
  • Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimisation, and related skills.
  • Proven success in link building and viral strategies.
